Best Practices
Group Size
Ideal: 5-15 prompts per group
- Small enough to manage
- Large enough to be useful
- Easy to review results
- Reasonable credit cost per run
Too small: < 3 prompts
- Use individual scheduling instead
- Not worth the overhead
Too large: > 30 prompts
- Hard to manage
- High credit consumption per run
- Consider splitting
Naming Conventions
Include key information:

Troubleshooting
Group Not Executing
Possible causes:
- Group set to inactive
- No prompts in group
- Out of credits
- All member prompts inactive
Solutions:
- Verify group status is active
- Check group has prompts
- Confirm credit availability
- Ensure prompts are active
Inconsistent Results
Why results vary:
- Different prompts have different providers
- Geo-locations vary per prompt
- AI responses naturally vary
- Some prompts may fail while others succeed
This is normal: Review trends over time
High Credit Usage
Group consuming too many credits:
- Check number of prompts in group
- Review providers per prompt (1-4x multiplier)
- Check geo-locations per prompt (1-5x multiplier)
- Calculate: Prompts × Providers × Geos × Frequency
Optimize:
- Reduce group frequency
- Remove low-value prompts
- Decrease providers per prompt
- Use fewer geo-locations
Advanced Techniques
Nested Organization
Create hierarchy with naming:
Parent Category: "Acme Corp - All Monitoring"
├── "Acme Corp - Daily Priority"
├── "Acme Corp - Weekly Research"
└── "Acme Corp - Monthly Trends"
Seasonal Rotation
Active groups by season:
- Q1: "Tax Season Monitoring"
- Q2: "Spring Campaign"
- Q3: "Back to School"
- Q4: "Holiday Season"
Activate and archive as seasons change
A/B Testing
Test prompt variations:
Group A: "Feature Launch - Variation A"
Group B: "Feature Launch - Variation B"
Run both weekly for 4 weeks
Compare results
Keep best performer
